Returns or Exchanges
Not quite right? No worries.We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition.
How it works:

To get started, make sure you have your order number and original email address. You can find your order number in your confirmation email

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with hang tags attached.
Exchanges:

We will gladly exchange unwashed, unworn items with hang tags still attached.

When an exchange has been initiated, you will receive a prepaid USPS shipping label via email.

When your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned item and create your exchange order.

All exchanged items ship for free to US-based addresses.
Returns:

We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn items with hang tags still attached for a refund ($7 restocking fee). All returns to the original payment method are subject to a restocking fee of $7 which will be deducted from your refund.

Follow the steps to obtain a return authorization and a prepaid return label.

Once a return has been initiated, you will receive a prepaid USPS shipping label via email.

When your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned item and issue a refund assuming the item is not damaged or worn in any way. Refunds will be reflected on the original form of payment within 1–2 business days following approval from our warehouse team .
Refunds:

Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of like-new condition (unwashed and unworn with hang tags still attached).

The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 1–2 business days once we receive and approve the returned item(s).

Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item arrived damaged or defective.
Shipping
We process and ship orders within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

FAQ
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP. Once it’s out the door, we can’t make changes.
Do you ship internationally?

Email us a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right.
